Number Rocket is a maths practice app for children in Grade 1 and Grade 2. This page explains, in plain language, what information the app handles.
None. Number Rocket does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on any server. The app has no account creation, no login, and no internet-based data collection of any kind.
When a child starts the app, they type in a first name and choose a grade (1 or 2). That name, the selected grade, and progress (which levels and medals have been earned) are saved only in the device's local app storage. This information:
The app contains no advertising, no analytics, no crash-reporting SDKs, and no third-party trackers of any kind. The only network request the app may make is to load its display font (Google Fonts); if no internet connection is available, the app still works normally using a built-in fallback font.
The app uses your device's own built-in sound and text-to-speech capabilities to play encouragement sounds and say the child's entered name back to them (e.g. "Welcome, Ayaan!"). This all happens locally on the device — no audio or voice data is recorded, stored, or sent anywhere.
Number Rocket is designed for use by young children under adult/parental supervision, and is built from the ground up to collect no personal data — which is why there is no login, no account, and no data collection to begin with. Because no personal information is collected, transmitted, or shared, there is nothing to disclose to a parent or guardian beyond what is described on this page.
If a future version of the app adds new features that change how information is handled (for example, an optional online leaderboard in a later version), this page will be updated first, and the update will clearly describe what changed and what any new feature would collect.
